Description:  All of the tracks in the foreground were eventually torn out as Manchester's flat switching duties diminished and Rice Yard in Waycross steadily ramped up its operations. In 2009, there is 1 one run-around track for Birmingham bound trains where tUis power is, and the Manchester railfan platform is just over the top of 4706

Beneath the overpass is ex C&O 2716 having detached from the train heading off in search of water to fill its tender. The Southern passenger car to the right is the Crescent Harbor, now owned by the Watauga Chapter NRHS.
