Shore Line Branch Local
Title:  Shore Line Branch Local
Description:  What this image lacks in sharpness it more than makes up for in its subject matter! Gulf Mobile & Ohio FA1 units 735 and 748 were pulling up to the Slidell, Louisiana depot on the "back track" with the southbound Shore Line Branch local. After exchanging paperwork with the operator, the train would back up to North Slidell and then continue on its journey from Bogalusa to Covington and back. Notice the footboards on the 735's pilot to make the unit more suitable for local service.
