Here is page 13 of a 15-page article by Bert Pennypacker entitled "Soliloquy Of Altoona." It was published originally in the April 1978 issue of "Rails Northeast" magazine, page 28. In the forefront is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #2011, a BF-16 built by Baldwin-Lima-Hamilton in February of 1952, rated at 1,600 horsepower, and retired in January of 1967 after just 15 years of revenue service.
