Belt Railway of Chicago S2 407 at Bedford Park on the southwest side of Chicago,!Illinois of June 13, 1965, Kodachrome by Chuck Zeiler. Note the airplane in the upper right of the frame, either taking off or landing (I'm not really sure) at Midway Airport, which was close by.
