| From the location I have recorded on this photo, this is a run-through on either the L&N or Southern line into E. St. Louis. Remember quite a few such run-throughs on the L&N, but doubt there was any new ballast put down on that line around this time. No real landmarks to help me out. Guess it will remain something of a mystery. |
