| The state of Connecticut financed the rebuild of a group of four FL 9s. Ideally meant for service in that state, they went right into the general pool. This was inevitable, since the maintenance base was at Harmon, and theyd have to get there somehow. This one is on a Poughkeppsie train at Garrison. |
