| Some flatcars allow a partial view of some local power resting in front of the yard office at the CN, former SOO, yard at Neenah, WI on 26 Mar. '16. There was another GTW geep parked here, of course it moved out as I walked down the sidewalk to get the perspective I wanted. I think they saw me coming. |
