| A through freight with a large, interesting selection of motive power rests on CN, former C&NW, rails at W. Bell St. at Neenah, WI on 24 Nov. '18. Train had five locomotives, UP 4596, UP 8501, UP 4693, CEFX 6007 (former SOO 6007), GECX 2036. The former SOO main line can be seen in the foreground. I don’t encounter former SOO equipment this close to these former SOO rails often enough. Neenah's Southpark Industrial Center (industrial park is too plebeian for oft ostentatious Neenah) is visible in the background, including Innovative Machining, LLC, 550 Commerce Ct. |
