NS Thoroghbred Logo Trivia
Closeup of the GP38-2 nose with its iconic "Thoroghbred" logo. Here's a little trivia - the image was first used as the NS corporate symbol in 1982. Several actual horses were used in commercials starting with "David" as the first in 1982. Then came "Citizen-X" and finally "Topper", who could be a reluctant star unless his girlfriend, "Skipper", was on the set.
