| Amtrak 78 glides into Salnas withthe southbound Coast Starlight as SP 1237 looks on. 1237 and 78 were built nearly 80 years apart, the 1237 in 1918, the P42 in 1997. SP 1237 has been here in Salinas for over a decade, and has been tended to by the local railroad museum and model railroad club. |
