Swartz. Here is a photo by William A. Swartz that was taken in Altoona, Pennsylvania, on 16 May 1937. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #6926, an M-1 (4-8-2) "Mountain" built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works during November of 1926 and retired in September of 1955 after 29 years of faithful service.
