Caught here in Topeka, KS, by an unknown photographer, the loco had only 3 more years before retirment. Specs - 77" drivers, impressive 300 psi boiler pressure, 24.5x32" cylinders, engine weight of 465,000 lb, tractive effort of 63,500 lb. |
