BO 2-10-2 #6138 - Baltimore & Ohio         
This long 2-10-2 Santa Fe type steam locomotive was built by Baldwin in November of 1923 as Baltimore & Ohio #6138. The powerful locomotive was an essential mover of long strings of freight cars and coal drags until it was retired and scrapped in March of 1954. Specs - Class S, 64" drivers, 220 psi boiler pressure, 30x32" cylinders, engine weight of 436,510 lb, impressive tractive effort of 84,300 lb. Max Miller photo
