Got Power?
If the Illiniwek Confederation named "Illinois", then "Silvis" must mean "many locomotives". While most of the property is visible from public property, they are not as welcoming to visitors as the Dixmoor facility. You will drive all the way in past this collection for them to tell you to leave, be advised.
