Long and powerful are two descriptive words for the Atlantic Coast Line 2-10-2 #2013 built by Baldwin in October of 1925. The loco served as a heavy hauler for ACL until being sold through the Georgia Car and Locomotive Company to C&IM on 11/23/1951, first with the number CIM 706 and later in December, 1951 renumbered to CIM #753. It served the Chicago & Illinois Midland until retirement and scrapping in December of 1955. Specs - serial #58768, Q-1 class, 63" drivers, 210 psi boiler pressure, 30x32" cylinders, engine wt of 391,980 lb impressive tractive effort of 81,600 lb.
